Answer a short application about your pain, your scans and what you have already tried. It takes a few minutes and nothing is decided by a form.

Send your imaging and labs
You receive a private link to upload MRI, X-ray and blood results, so a physician reads your own records rather than a summary.

Physician review and consultation
A physician reviews your file and contacts you to discuss whether a regenerative program is reasonable in your case, and what it would involve.

Your stay in Bangkok
If you and your physician decide to proceed, we help you plan a short stay at the clinic and arrange follow-up before you fly home.
Where your cells are prepared
A TISTR-affiliated laboratory, not a back room
Cell processing is where regenerative medicine is won or lost. Our laboratory is affiliated with the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, with documented handling, sterility and viability checks on every preparation. You are told what was prepared, how, and what was checked.

Will I definitely be offered treatment?
No. Regenerative medicine is not suitable for everyone, and some conditions respond better than others. A physician has to read your imaging and history before anyone can say whether a program is reasonable — that is exactly what the application is for.
What does it cost?
Costs depend on the condition, the source of cells and how many steps your program involves. Your physician gives you an itemised quotation after review, before you commit to anything.
How long do I need to stay in Bangkok?
Most chronic pain programs are completed during a single stay of a few days. Your coordinator confirms the exact schedule after your physician has agreed a plan, so you book travel with the dates already fixed.
Is my information private?
Your application and records are stored in our own clinical system and are only opened by the clinicians reviewing your case. They are never sold or shared with third parties, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
What if I am not a candidate?
We will tell you plainly, and point you towards the kind of specialist who can help. You are never charged for a review that concludes treatment is not appropriate.
